We do it slightly different as we find they usually are searching on the last name.

  As corporation Doe John Trust

As person Doe, John, Trustee (Trustee goes in as the suffix) but only if a trustee is mentioned

I index the trust as both just to be sure anyone doing the search will find it:

    As corporation John Doe Trust

As person Doe, John, Trust (Trust goes in as the suffix)

    Hello clerks,

For those of you using ACS, how do you index a trust? As a person or corporation? And then how do you enter the name?

    Thanks!
