This bill was introduced on the House floor yesterday and referred to the Education Committee.  Rep. Dave Sharpe is the chair. You can find all the committee members on the legislative web site. I strongly recommend you contact your representative with your concerns, especially if he/she serve on that committee. Even if your rep is not on the Education Committee, it does not hurt to contact him/her.

As stated earlier, if it comes out of committee in its current form, I will vote against it. We would be doing students an enormous disservice by allowing them to opt out.
