Thanks for that important topic. However, shouldn't ultrasound be mentioned? It easily disrupts macro mole ular complexes, rendering the immune system disfunctional. See Anderson and Barrett (1979) and Saad and Williams (1982). It is always missing from reviews, yet an obvious cause.
