I don’t think test data has been lost, but it has probably been corrupted. Two students taking the test alternately using the same SSID…the test data will most likely have to be discarded and the kids will need to retake the test.

this wont help point to a fix, but I am wondering, has testing data been lost or the student is just not able to advance?
