As an FYI ...

I got the reply from the help desk *this morning* about my open ticket. We
started testing on 3/18, so it was a bit late. Their response was also the
same as the 2 hr phone conversation... no help there.
I hope others that have had to call the help desk have had a better
experience.

Thanks again to all of you folks for helping each other work thru the
quirks of SBAC!
