Hello!

I am coming up on my reaccreditation this coming winter. The QA policy has now been revised to QI. I am wondering how different labs are handling this change? I have been eagerly awaiting the new QI policy on the ICAVL website, but only have seen a sample QI meeting minutes. It is a little perplexing as I’m confused as to who reviews technical quality and interpretive quality, etc? How many cases do you review?
