We have been using a PS/2 to USB adapter for years (8+) with one of our
Follett scanners. They work great. The scanners (at least ours) is really a
basic piece of hardware. It shows up as a HID Keyboard device in windows,
so I can't imaging a PS/2 adapter causing any problems.
