Hello Julie,

The Un-voted Ballots are referring to the ballots from the August Primary when a voter is handed all party ballots and decides which party to vote. They then discard the Un-voted ballots into another ballot box. Let me know if you need more clarification.

Who can explain to me the difference between “Un-used/Un-opened Ballots” vs. “Un-voted Ballots” that appears on the “Election Materials Retention” Schedule?  Thank you.
