Hi,

 

Has anyone ever seen an angiogram (any type) which clearly shows a collateral filling the extracranial portion of the distal ICA in the presence of a proximal ICA occlusion/near occlusion?

 

I never have but recently someone was telling me they have seen such a vessel.
