This afternoon I ran into Ted Murin at the Dead Creek crossing in Panton. Ted had spotted a Common Teal feeding in a wet field adjacent to Dead Creek with several Green-winged Teal, American Wigeon, Northern Pintails, and Mallards. I got a quick look at this bird through Ted's scope before the flock relocated to Dead Creek.

Later I found 3 Greater White-fronted Geese feeding together in a flock of about 800 Canada Geese. Two Snow Geese were foraging nearby.
