I received a response telling me to try "Down for Everyone or Just Me." I want to clarify that it was already clear that it was down for many people, as was reported here and elsewhere. My point was that oftentimes if NLM does not get multiple reports, they make the same assumption as my respondee that it was unique to a particular user, and don't do appropriate troubleshooting. Later in the day, another individual did get an answer from NLM stating that they knew there was a problem and were working on it.

Folks -

I urge you to please report these problems to NLM when they happen - I sent a message reporting multiple bad gateway and service unavailable messages to them this morning, and got the following response:

"You may clear your web browser's history data and try your search again. If you still experience the same problem, please provide us with more information so that we can duplicate your search and look into it."

I really think they need to get critical mass of reports to understand that something is not an individual problem, nor related to a particular search.

This is an external email.
If the sender shows as an internal HackensackUMC email address forward the email to [log in to unmask]

It's definitely acting squirrelly for me. It's very slow to load and I keep getting Bad Gateway! errors when I follow the Link Out links.

Hi!

We can't connect to PubMed.

Is it just us ? Does it work for you ?

Thanks in advance,
