Good morning,

The "winged warbler" at Dorset x Pond Rd. in Shelburne, which is singing a Blue-winged Warbler song, is a classic adult male backcross Brewster's Warbler. I had great looks at it this morning, revealing white breast, golden forehead, two wingbars, etc.

Also at this location:

American Redstart

Chestnut-sided Warbler

Yellow Warbler

Field Sparrow

Eastern Towhee

House Wren

The fields below had numerous Bobolinks, but no Upland Sandpiper.

A single Caspian Tern was at Shelburne Pond, along with many boaters.
