Jeff the origin of a fem-fem is typically the femoral artery (hence it's
name - Bazinga! - but you're a tough Preds fan so you will get over that
jab).
Since the femoral artery is a peripheral artery, it follows that one needs
to code its evaluation with 93926 (or -25) in addition to the inflow
(93979).
To exclude the 93926 would, in my humble opinion, leave earned money on the
table.

If the bypass was from the iliac to the controlateral femoral then I would
omit 93926.
