Hello to you all!

I’m excited to share some projects that I’m working on and hope you’ll help me in spreading the word.

For the past 6 months I’ve been working with Annie Valentine of LivingWell, to plan a “Treat Yourself Week.”  Essentially this is a mid-semester check in with our mental health--students, faculty, staff.  Below are two of our highlighted events that we’re excited about.  There will be more marketing to come but please feel free to print off the attached .jpg to put up in your offices.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Outside of diagnosable disorders students are dealing with lack of sleep, stress, and substance abuse. We are excited to invite Ross to campus to talk about the complexities of mental health issues and empower us to seek help or help friends seek help. Most mental health challenges are highly treatable, but too often remain hidden in silence preventing people from achieving the recovery they are capable of.
