I agree with Lucie, Google Docs is a simple communication tool for
synchronous and asynchronous but for continued conversations/discussions.
But, if you have a GAFE domain, you might create a Google Classroom just
for teachers/admin/staff where you can create topics to post material,
share ideas, etc... as well as Drive folders for keeping/sharing materials
which can be linked in Classroom.
