Hey Michael,

As far as I know there's no way to just force quit a kiosk app that locks
you into full-screen, this is a choice that the developer makes when
creating the app. Due to it being a Chromebook though, using the power
button + refresh button to restart the Chromebook is quite quick and should
allow the student to jump right back into the test without any issues or
harm to the Chromebook, at least from what I've seen (did this to half a
dozen yesterday with no issues)
