Can you share YOUR support ticket number (off list would be fine) so that the others of us facing this can share it back with SBAC support?

To date we have faced the same issue (usually about 15% not 30%) but only gotten generic suggestions back (uninstall reinstall, delete profiles, etc)

We are currently working with the SBAC help desk to figure out why some of our 7/8 students can't log into the PT test.  They can move over to other MacBooks that work for other students and still have issues.  If they move to a Chromebook they have no issues logging in.  These students were able to take other tests earlier in the week on the same devices with no issues.

I will let you know what we find out.  Just wondering if others using MacBooks this year were having any issues.
