Yes, it's a terrific deal and it's why I have been buying epic passes for years

And, as Mig said, the other shoe has yet to drop. Day rates at stowe are going to go through the roof That will have a pretty big dampening effect at congrolling crowds, more so that at a destination resort out west. In other words the theory is "if you want to ski at stowe we are effectively going to force you to buy an epic pass"

Very good strategy.

Look for a lot of consolidation on resort deals in the next few years. I suspect that Vail is not done buying

Subject: Re: [SKIVT-L] More on Stowe & Epic pass

Wow those are some great prices.  Stowe will be very crowded.  Crowded like Killington when they blew out the season passes for a few years.

But wow.  10 day child pass is only $339. And they can be used at Vail or Stowe.  Great.

Book lodging early, it is going to get busy......

This year I paid like  $360 for 3 days at Vail.  A 10 day epic pass at $639 is a no brainier if I go to Vail next year.  4 days at Vail unlimited at others, and then 6 days at Stowe.

Wow, just wow....

Epic Local Pass (Adult $639, Teen $519, Child $339)

10 combined days at Vail, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb and Stowe (subject to the closing of the acquisition), with holiday restrictions (restricted dates listed below).
Unlimited, unrestricted skiing or riding at Breckenridge, Keystone, Wilmot, Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton and Arapahoe Basin with limited restrictions at Park City, Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood.
Restriction dates: November 24-25, 2017; December 26-31, 2017; January 13, 2018; and February 17-18, 2018.
