Hello,

Is anyone using a PSV criteria in conjunction with a V2/V1 ratio for assessing the severity of disease in the Iliac systems? In particular, the origin of the Common Iliac arteries. We have a reading physician that feels the ratio at this segment is invalid due to the size difference of the distal Aorta and the origin of the Common Iliacs. He would like us to use a PSV as a criteria in instances of origin stenosis, however we can not find any reference to an acceptable velocity to be used as a cut-off value.

What is everybody using and can you list your source so we may access it for documentation of criteria for ICAVL?
