Pam, I know a couple of people who are planning to go who I can put you in touch with. I'm flirting with the idea of going to the one in NYC. You are correct that MLA has not expressed formal support for the March. There is a small group of us that has formed as part of MLA's Relevant Issues Section to focus on this type of activism, as well as governmental affairs and other policy work. We have a monthly conference call and would love to recruit more interested librarians, whether or not you are an MLA member.
