I just got off the phone with Tier 2. They recommended checking to see if a student has Paginated Stimuli on. If it is on turn of off and they stimuli should return to the old format of a scrolling column.

Subject: Re: SBAC secure browser displays page too large for chromebook screen

I don't know if this will be helpful to some or not. I'm sharing a doc that is editable to anyone with the link to centralize SBAC issues. The beginning of the doc is a setup that I had used in the past along with "the script" to fix up macs that can be pushed via ARD.

Page 2 and beyond are some quirks that we have run into. Please feel free to add anything in here that could help others. I will not be maintaining this doc; but I'll put in any funky stuff that I run across.

Hey folks,

Ctrl+0 did the trick, brought it back to normal display. Thanks so much for your help and suggestions!

I had it happen with one student on the Math PT yesterday. Everything else was fine, it was just the SBAC app. We restarted twice but finally gave up and loaned her a different Chromebook. Ours are Lenovo, so I'm assuming that it's a glitch with the App.

Yes, I contacted tech support about it because it is affecting our ability to complete the Math Performance Tasks. I didn't get any answers other than try a larger screen and a promise that Tier 2 would contact me for more info.

Hi All,

Has anyone else run into this problem. When the secure browser is opened on a chromebook, we see only the top left quarter of the screen enlarged. There doesn't appear to be a way to scroll the screen, and the only way to exit is to power down. I've fully updated the chromebook in question (only happening on one), and I'm stuck on finding any other settings that might remedy this problem.

Thanks for any help.
