Hi there,I have about fifteen 2009 iMac desktops that need to be restored to factory settings. I have tried several fixes, but none are very easy.I want to restore them so they have the OSx, but are cleared of any of our school information. Our tech department does not support Macs (these were graciously donated from a local college and are now ready to move on) so I'm hoping someone on this list-serve can help me.Can I download the OSx onto a thumbdrive and reload all the computers after they're wiped clean? If so, how do I do that?If anyone can walk me through this, I would greatly appreciate it! I've spent so much time troubleshooting this... I just need a fix! I need to make space for newer iMacs we just received.Thank you,Susie SnowLibrary Media SpecialistBeeman Elementary SchoolNew Haven, VermontWARNING: This message may contain information that is confidential and/or protected under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act or other lawfully recognized privilege.
