My son's school uses signupgenius.com for parent conferences and classroom party signups.  As a parent, I LOVE it!  It send reminders and allows you to change your sign-up time/item easily.

one of my smaller schools uses pickatime and the rate is reasonable based on the number of users.

Another thing that I have seen that is free but would require a little setup is Google Forms with Choice Eliminator.

Here's one of several YouTube Videos:

https://www.signupgenius.com/ should do the trick.  "pickatime.com" was recommended to us, but it looks very expensive.

The application "bloomz" can schedule conference times, but the setup would require each classroom teacher to make an account and invite each parent/family to join the bloomz classroom and then sign up for a meeting time.  Bloomz is more of a classroom -> parent communication tool in a Facebook type timeline (and DM chat) with tons of features built into it.

Do any of you know of a low-cost or free way to handle parent-teacher conferences?

I'm thinking that using Google Calendar Slots might be our best option but I'd love to hear other suggestions
