The voters have to decide whether it can just be made available. We brought it up a few years back and they still wanted it sent to each household. We have a few hundred hard copies printed and available at the Town Office and at Town Meeting. Our school districts have been doing it the same way and mailing post cards to each home to let them know where hard copies are available. For those who mail out reports, have you downsized your report to save on printing and mailing costs? If so, how many pages is your report? Do any towns make copies of annual Town Reports available at Town Hall rather than distribute by mail? Finally, with school district consolidation, some districts mail out education budgets and annual meeting Warnings to all citizens of the district. Have any towns considered eliminating the school portion from the annual town report?
