Unfortunately this is fairly complicated from a website stand point. If
this is going to be public then it needs to be programmed in a way that
follows ADA compliancy. After the programming is created/finished, how is
it going to be maintained? If it is manual, then you will need to edit the
code yourself without breaking anything, not that you couldn't but it is a
pain. If the courses come from a SIS or LMS then you could grab that
information automatically and stay up to date without touching the code
again.

My suggestion would be to have a mapped image with an underlying ADA "table
of contents"

Lastly, it looks like your domain: mpsvt.org could host the code but your
weebly website may have restrictions on hosting custom code.
