Today from about 2:30-2:40 we had issues with our phone service.

FairPoint was "testing trunk lines" across the state and that may have affected others.

We got notices that looked like these when trying to make an outbound call

CO hung up
All trunks out of service

Agent for FRP said they were having issues today throughout the day and 'busy-ied out some trunks' but that it should be back to normal now.
