Yes I'm seeing this on the same model device! It is intermittent and
usually goes away after a restart.

Curious if everyone that is seeing this has a custom wallpaper on managed

Possible hijack to the topic: I have also had a problem with the wallpaper
I uploaded at the beginning of the year not going away even though I have
changed it twice since. The new one (which shows as current in device
settings) only flashes before login, and the old one is still there after
login. Is anyone else experiencing this?
