They successfully identified the "kill mode" of the amygdala.

So now they have not only fully automated killer robots, as well as killers at their disposal that are mind controlled through trauma and implants (MKULTRA), they can soon make any human or cyborg directly into a killer by switching their amygdala to the "kill mode" (if they haven't done so already).
