I have used ACS for several years but I am looking for an alternative this year. Thanks though!

I have used a company called ACS Xerox. They come right to the office so books aren’t missing for 2 weeks and do the work right here on a table with their scanner. They are priced less per page than the other
companies. They have someone that comes over from N.Y. that does it. They do like to line it up so they can have more than one Town to do at a time since they travel here. The contact name I have for them is Alfredo Frauenfelder and his email address is
[log in to unmask], I can’t seem to put my finger on a phone number but you can probably look one up. I have sent the books out in the past but it is a pain when researchers come in and need the
information. You have to call the company tell them what you want, they fax it to you and most the time particularly if the books are older you can ‘t even read them well. I have been very happy with ACS and their turnaround time.

Subject: microfilming
Good afternoon,
Can anyone suggest a microfilm company that films records onsite? I think I remember hearing about Good Day, or something like that? My records are hard copy only right now
and this would be for back up storage to be housed with VSARA.
Thanks!
