.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 20 knots, decreasing to 5 to
15 knots after midnight. Waves 1 to 2 feet. 
.THURSDAY...North winds 5 to 15 knots, increasing to 15 to 25 knots
in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 2 feet, building to 1 to 3 feet in the
afternoon. A chance of snow in the morning, then snow likely in the
afternoon. Visibility 3 to 5 miles, decreasing to 1 mile or less in
