Our local counseling program uses a tool called Heartmath<https://store.heartmath.com/>.  It has a meter that monitors your oxygen/ heart rate (connecting your finger to your phone). By practicing calming/ breathing, you can change where you are on the color map.

Calm<https://www.calm.com/> is an app that guides you through different meditations to work on anxiety, stress, relationships, etc....

Go Noodle used to have yoga and meditations suitable for groups, I haven't used it in a while so am unsure of what it currently offers.

Subject: Special Education app?

A question has been posed to me around the seeking of apps that address mental health. I’m guessing but sounds like ones that provide something like biofeedback scales or monitors.. that sort of thing.. anything that allows individuals to kind of self-monitor these types of issues for themselves..

But open to anything you might be using that you feel fits the bill…
