If a school provides cell service repeaters, does it need to be concerned with content filters for a system it is providing for students?

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with using these in schools.  If so, what do you recommend?  I see there are some that take the current signal and boost it, which works with most carriers.  I have also seen the ones that use the Internet to make the calls.
