Hello,

Thank you to everyone who responded to my question.

I received 2 replies:
1) Manual entry log for copyright statistics (ILL requests from last 5 years). Started in Excel, now using SharePoint. Docline reports for the rest of their ILL statistics.
2) Docline reports used annually. Approx. 90 ILLs/year so it meets their needs.

I received several "me too" emails. It appears this is currently a topic of interest. Thank you,

Subject: ILL statistics without ILL system

Hello,

We've been using QuickDOC forever. However, I'm wondering for libraries who do not have ILLiad ILL, CLIO, QuickDOC, etc., do you:
- Keep annual ILL statistics
- Run annual CCC copyright reports?
And if so, how?

I know Docline provides quarterly and annual statistical reports. Does anyone use these or other methods for tracking annual ILL information or CCC reporting?

Please respond to me directly. I'll summarize replies for the List. Thanks,
