This is not just a librarian concern. We need to actively engage the clinicians we work with as well. I sit on both sides of the fence in my role as Director of Drug Information, clinical pharmacist, and adjunct faculty. I'll be reaching out to my professional organizations to get on board for a show of support and advocacy. Any professional clinical organization that is involved with training clinical learners uses clinical practice guidelines as foundations in instruction. Here's my list to start!
