Apologies if this is a repeat posting. Last Sat, June 16 while doing the monthly survey of birds at Hildene in Manchester, we found a dead Cecropia Moth on a wood's path. Then we found a live Polyphemus Moth clinging to a door jam at the Visitor's Center. Pictures and checklist submitted to i-naturalist by Terri Armata. It's not often we see any of these large moths - perhaps the Luna more frequently. But to see these two within minutes of each other in pretty much the same area was exciting; I'm not sure I have ever seen the real 'mcCoy" in my natural history wanderings.
