I agree with Bobbi. I always direct people to their attorney if it’s a legal question.

Tell her to ask her attorney. You should never give legal advice.

Subject: Recording Question

Hi everyone,

I have a lady who filed a judgement order in 2017 against the proper owner who bought her house for regarding her homestead payment.  She has since been to court and they denied the appeal filed and sided with her.  She has asked me if she needs to re-file the judgement order along with the denial of their appeal.  I have no idea what to do in this situation.  Any insight is appreciated.  Thank you!
