1.) open, unrestricted public access to town email systems and accounts of town officials? NO
2.) or, a system whereby a publicly accessible email account is used to copy correspondence between town officials?  NO
3.) open, unrestricted public access to electronic document repositories holding various town documents other than reports, minutes, agendas, etc.? NO
