I started to look at this last week.  While I'm not focused on restriction
levels yet, it looks like most of this can be controlled or
overridden/approved by OU level.

What I'm wondering is if anyone's set this up using DNS or HTTP headers (
link <https://support.google.com/a/answer/6214622?hl=en>) and an additional
filtering method, or is everyone just relying on students to be logged in
to YT with the google account?  I'd assume on a non-chrome OS device, it's
easy to work around this.
