When I say firewall restrictions, I am referring to DNS host lookup, so all
YouTube searches resolve to restrict.youtube.com. And yes, from my testing,
if Google permissions are set to unrestricted, and a user is logged into
their Google account, they will have unrestricted access to YouTube
regardless of the firewall or OpenDNS settings.
