I am having a related problem I wonder if anyone has seen/solved: the blue
bar doesn't show up on any videos for some reason. Doesn't matter what
account I'm signed into. I had settings for student moderately restricted
(by OU) and the faculty/staff OU unrestricted. A student wanted to use a
video on pickpocketing for a presentation, but was getting a restricted
message. I setup approval rights for staff/faculty but the blue bar never
shows up.

Anyone have suggestions to fix this?
