We've got a school with a managed bookmarks folder and several bookmarks within it, and the bookmark bar is set to enabled. Yesterday a teacher reported that the school bookmarks are missing. Turns out, they ARE there, but they are now only accessible via the three dots -> Bookmarks -> [school's] Bookmarks subfolder:

Is there another setting I'm missing to get these back on the bar? Used to look something like this:
