.MONDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 20 knots, increasing to 25 to
35 knots after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet, building to 3 to 5 feet
after midnight. Rain or snow. Visibility 1 mile or less. 
.NEW YEARS DAY...Southwest winds 20 to 30 knots, becoming northwest
15 to 25 knots in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet. A chance of rain
in the morning, then a chance of rain or snow in the afternoon.
Visibility 2 to 4 miles, increasing to 3 to 5 miles in the
afternoon. 
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Waves 2 to 4
