Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019 Demonstrators opposed to the U.S. war buildup against the elected government of Venezuela gathered at the Trump building on Wall Street, listened to speakers, and marched a short way to the Oculus, a new building containing many shops and train terminals, on the site of the World Trade Center.
