The following operating procedures (UOPs) have been retired from the University policy website.

· Establishment of Advance Accounts for Sponsored Agreements

· Issuing and Monitoring Subawards on Sponsored Agreements

All SPA procedures, including Advance Accounts and Outgoing Subawards are available on SPA website at https://www.uvm.edu/uvmweb/sponsored_programs/spa-procedures

SPA is in process of drafting its procedure for residual balances on sponsored agreements, which will be provided to members of UBA for review and comments shortly, and which is planned for publication this fiscal year. The content of this SPA procedure is expected to be largely unchanged from the current UOP for Residual Balances on Sponsored Agreements. I will send an update once the new procedure is published and the UOP is retired.
