Hung my feeder on Friday morning, 5/3/19. Male appeared this morning, 5/6,
at 6:46 a.m. Of course, hummingbirds may have visited over the weekend—I
was burning brush and not keeping a close eye on the feeder—but in any
event, had they made an earlier appearance at the feeder, they were still
nearly two weeks later this spring than last.

Also, no rose-breasted grosbeaks yet.
