Apologies for the incorrect link sent earlier. Try this one: https://vtecostudies.org/blog/mansfield-update-avian-infiltrators-from-northern-hardwoods/ I was surprised to hear an Ovenbird sing several times in the woods above my house in Norwich this morning. We have 1-2 pairs on territory every year, but I haven't heard a song in the past month. No idea if this is the resident breeder or a transient, but I'm guessing I won't hear that song again until next May! Red-eyed Vireos and pewees continue to sing, and I also heard an oriole utter a few musical phrases this morning.
