Hi Ben, We have used Ubiquiti at our district. Admittedly I have not been the one running the show on their management end so I have not really had a lot of reasons to be involved with their support lines as of yet, but from a cost perspective and ease of setup/install, I can give positive feedback. From a hardware performance standpoint, I have been happy with the range of models they have for different areas, including small offices that are hard to cover with many enterprise grade APs offered by most of the other manufacturers I've worked with in the past (Meraki, Aerohive, etc...). Big poinuts for handling client hand-off between radios, too, which was a big plus for us with students who move from room to room with a 1:1 at our high school. Good luck making a decision!
