Tim,As of a week ago I was told by AOE that it wasn't available yet and no firm timeline......I am re-jigging older Mac laptops to be used for the Speech to Text accommodation for this...KeithHi Everyone,Does anyone know more information about this potential change for this year?Thanks in advance,-TimHi all..

Details on this are coming… but I wanted to get something out there to tie up the loose end of the thread last week…
The Vermont Agency of Education was recently informed that there will be an operational Speech to Text (STT) feature built into the test delivery system on the Smarter Balanced, Vermont Science, and Vermont Alternate Assessment for the spring 2020 administration. This feature is Google compatible, so should work with Chromebooks as well as other operating systems. We are expected to see this new feature debut in late January/early February.
As I say, there is more detail coming and more formally an announcement is coming in January. Just wanted you to have a heads up…
