We are running full Ubiquiti at 5 out of 6 schools and may eventually be moving the 6th school to it. 

I really can't speak for their support as we've never had to use it. Their stuff works well enough and is cheap enough to get a few spares. If something isn't working right, just throw a new one in.

From a hardware performance standpoint, I have been happy with the range of models they have for different areas, including small offices that are hard to cover with many enterprise grade APs offered by most of the other manufacturers I've worked with in the past (Meraki, Aerohive, etc...). Big poinuts for handling client hand-off between radios, too, which was a big plus for us with students who move from room to room with a 1:1 at our high school.
