Jarlath, Microsoft still lets you upgrade Windows 7 and 8 to 10 for free, even though they don't advertise it then want you to pay the 200 or so dollars for it. I just upgraded an old laptop from Windows 7 to 10 a few days ago.

We do not have an operating system license option for students as part of our MS Enterprise Agreement.

Does UVM have the option to provide Windows 10 to students at no cost? I know some schools have the Windows 10 education version they make available to students.
